Our team has built a reputation for high quality advice that aims to rescue a business wherever possible and avoid formal insolvency. We support our clients through a wide variety of challenges so our team are great problem solvers who offer the right advice at the right time.
Our homegrown team includes Luci Coleman who joined the firm as an ACA trainee and who is now a Partner in the Exeter office and Head of Business Recovery and Insolvency for the whole firm.

Our Business Recovery service supports clients faced with debt, cashflow problems, creditor pressure, county court judgements, bailiffs, statutory demands, winding up petitions and potential insolvency. We also support the sale of business and other assets, dealing with contentious and ordinary claims, and investigating and seeking money for creditors where appropriate.
From solvent liquidations to returning capital to shareholders, we also offer advice in relation to any insolvency issue. We are able to deal with all aspects of business insolvency from turnaround to burial.
We support and supplement invaluable on the job experience with a blended learning approach that supports your individual technical skills and helps you to achieve professional qualifications.
